Complaint Management

The satisfaction of our customers is a key priority for us and an important motivation to improve our services. For this reason we have established a specific procedure for handling your comments/complaints.
The procedure involves filling out a relevant form with your comments and forwarding them to AIR QUALITY Management, through the Quality Department.
The forms are in a special box placed outside the central warehouse.
Submitting an observation / proposal will in no way affect the quality of our services.
A written protest, complaint or observation can still be submitted by post to the Management or the Quality Department or by mail to the Quality Department's address complaints@airquality.com.gr.
